dc.description	Due to a technical error, some charts and corresponding spreadsheets were incorrect in the publication of MPR 3/15 in September. This applies to Charts 1.1, 2.5, 2.6, 2.11, 2.12, 2.14 and 2.21c. These have been corrected 5 November 2015. The Report is published four times a year, in March, June, September and December. The Report assesses the interest rate outlook and forms the basis for Norges Bank’s advice on the level of the countercyclical capital buffer. The Report includes projections of developments in the Norwegian economy. At the Executive Board meeting on 9 September 2015, the economic outlook, the monetary policy stance and the need for a countercyclical capital buffer for banks were discussed. On the basis of this discussion and a recommendation from Norges Bank’s management, the Executive Board adopted at its meeting on 23 September 2015 a monetary policy strategy for the period. The Executive Board also approved Norges Bank’s advice to the Ministry of Finance on the level of the countercyclical capital buffer. The Executive Board’s assessment of the economic outlook and monetary policy strategy is provided in “The Executive Board’s assessment”. The advice on the level of the countercyclical capital buffer is submitted to the Ministry of Finance in connection with the publication of the Report. The advice is made public when the Ministry of Finance has made its decision.	nb_NO
